This workshop is for graduate students that are in a mentor/mentee relationship. “Mentoring up” is a concept that empowers mentees to be actively engaged in their mentoring relationships. More specifically, mentoring-up is the process of shifting the emphasis from being solely the mentor’s responsibility in the mentor-mentee relationship to an equal emphasis on the mentee’s contributions.
