In response to COVID-19 and the shift to a virtual recruitment strategy, this database was established in Fall 2020 to assist graduate and professional programs with their recruitment goals.  The Diversity Database is a compilation of multiple national recruitment platforms aimed at increasing the representation of historically marginalized populations in graduate and professional school.
