Mentor Up Workshops
This year, we will host our first mentoring workshop on May 24th from 3:00PM-4:00PM, for graduate students only. It is an opportunity to learn more about what it means to be a mentee. “Mentoring up” is a concept that empowers mentees to be active participants in their mentoring by shifting the emphasis from the mentor’s responsibilities in the mentor-mentee relationship to equal emphasis on the mentee’s contributions. To join this workshop, you must be a graduate student.
