It provides professional development, training and mentoring to graduate students, post-docs and faculty. They provide online resources that can be accessed at any time. They also offer a bootcamp, multi-week courses, and a newsletter (Monday Motivator), as well as mentor and networking (discussion groups) opportunities.
They address various topics in their workshops, such as managing stress and rejection.
Ohio State University is not a member of this organization, however graduate students can join through individual memberships costing $495 annually.
