Mentoring workshops provides an opportunity to learn more about what it means to be a mentee.
“Mentoring up” is a concept that empowers mentees to be active participants in their mentoring by shifting the emphasis from the mentor’s responsibilities in the mentor-mentee relationship to equal emphasis on the mentee’s contributions. To join this workshop, you must be a graduate student.
