The Ohio State University Graduate School invites faculty, staff, students and postdoctoral scholars to save the date for the 2026 Graduate School Awards Ceremony, celebrating excellence in graduate education, research, mentorship, teaching and service across the university.
The ceremony will take place on April 24, 2026, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Ohio Union Performance Hall, beginning with a reception at 5 p.m. and a formal program at 5:30 p.m. The evening will include remarks from Mary Stromberger, Ph.D., vice provost for graduate education and dean of the Graduate School, and recognition of this year’s outstanding award recipients.
During the ceremony, the Graduate School will honor graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, faculty and staff receiving awards such as the Graduate Faculty Mentor of the Year Award, Postdoctoral Mentor and Service Awards, Outstanding Graduate School Staff Member of the Year, Graduate Associate Leadership and Teaching Awards, Presidential Fellowship, President’s Postdoctoral Scholars Program, Alumni Grants for Graduate Research and Scholarship, and the Three Minute Thesis competition, among others.
