This workshop will reflect on mentoring across different stages of academic and professional development, with an emphasis on adapting to the individual needs of each mentee. It will consider ways to support growth in confidence, independence, and professional development, while also addressing how mentors can support mentees through research challenges, career uncertainty, and transitions to the next stage of their careers.
