Throughout the autumn semester, the Graduate School will host virtual Get Engaged sessions on Wednesdays from noon to 12:30 p.m. These 30-minute Zoom sessions are structured to, in the first 5-10 minutes, teach about the services that a person or office provides, such as the Ombuds Office, and then teach one wellness skill during the rest of the session.
