Advancing Mentorship Work Group - A university-wide work group representing students, staff, and faculty striving to advance mentorship strategies at OSU.
Consortium– Built by the Graduate School in 2017, this partnership of summer research programs provides diverse students scholars from across the country with the opportunity to conduct research and consider attending graduate school at the Ohio State University.
DACA/Undocumented Student Support Team - This working group comprised of students, faculty and staff represents a campus-wide effort to determine how OSU can provide additional institutional support and resources to DACA and undocumented students on our campus.
Diverse Faculty and Scholars Recruitment Collaborative - Recently, several campus partners and academic leaders came together to establish a plan for diversifying the University's faculty ranks by partnering with the Southern Region Education Board (SREB). This partnership includes, but is not limited to, connecting University campus leaders to the multidisciplinary and diverse SREB community of scholars who attend the annual Institute on Teaching and Mentoring, the largest gathering of minority Ph.D. scholars in the country.
Graduate and Professional Student Recruitment Initiative - (GPS)- Serves as the premier diversity recruitment program by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. GPS plays an integral role in contributing to the ethnic, cultural, and academic diversity within Ohio State's Graduate School and Professional College programs.
Grad School Expo - A virtual fair held via Handshake; Where Students can schedule 10-minute one-on-one meetings and attend 30-minute information sessions with representatives from top graduate and professional school programs from across the country and around the world.
McNair Scholars Visit - Each summer, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion hosts visiting McNair Scholars to offer a variety of services to assist Scholars as they continue exploring their post-baccalaureate aspirations and applying for graduate programs at The Ohio State University.
Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP) - A 9- week summer research experience designed to help historically underrepresented students explore opportunities for graduate study and academic careers.
