Applications open for the 2026 ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit

Graduate-level students from The Ohio State University are invited to participate in the Student Program at the U.S. Department of Energy Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) 2026 ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit. The Summit will be held April 7-9, 2026, at the Gaylord Pacific near San Diego, California.  

 The ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit is where energy leaders define new areas of scientific research and drive the development of reliable, affordable, secure American-made energy for all. The Summit’s Student Program is for the next generation of energy entrepreneurs and researchers who want to drive American innovation. Participating in the Student Program, we hope you will:  

  • Find a job you didn’t know existed; 
  • Have a conversation that will change your life; and 
  • Discover technologies that will shape our energy future.  

 

This competitive program includes graduate-level students from universities across the country. Selected students receive:  

  • Individualized panel sessions and programming; 
  • Access to industry recruiters looking to hire talented energy professionals; and  
  • The opportunity to pitch your research at the Student PITCHES Competition.  

 

Application deadline is January 7, 2026.
