The Office of Diversity and Inclusion invites you to a conversation with Cid Wilson ’94, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) to explore in-demand cultural competencies as part of their job preparation and career success.

Attendees will gain exclusive insights about:

  • How can students strategically build and translate their unique skill-sets into career-ready competencies?

Wilson graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in economics. He launched his Wall Street career and steadily rose from the mail room to the executive suite, earning national recognition as the #1 Specialty Retail Analyst by Forbes in 2006. With more than 30 years of corporate finance and Wall Street experience, Wilson is considered one of the nation’s foremost leaders on executive-level diversity, equity, and inclusion in Corporate America.
