The Office of International Affairs is soliciting applicants for the FY2025 U.S. Department of Education Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad (DDRA) Fellowship competition. This program provides grants to colleges and universities to fund individual doctoral students to engage in full-time dissertation research abroad in modern foreign languages and area studies for periods of six to 12 months.

PPSP recognizes highly qualified postdocs who will become leaders in their fields. The 2024 Engaged Scholarship Symposium, hosted by the Office of Outreach and Engagement, will feature a graduate student poster competition to provide graduate and professional students an opportunity to share their engaged scholarship. The call for proposals closes on Sept. 12.
The Graduate School's Strategic Training Grants team has established an initiative to provide financial support to faculty who are applying to extramural federal and private foundation training grant opportunities that support graduate students and postdoctoral scholars.
The Enterprise for Research, Innovation and Knowledge has developed a credit-earning course to meet National Institutes of Health (NIH) and National Science Foundation (NSF) requirements for training in the responsible and ethical conduct of research (RCR). GRADSCH 8000: Responsible Conduct of Research is a weekly, in person, fall term course open to anyone at the university conducting research.
