As we enter the home stretch of the spring semester, I am delighted to share news of several exciting initiatives, which will be launched in fall 2023 by the Graduate School and the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA).

The Graduate School is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2022-2023 Graduate Associate Leadership Award. 

The Graduate Associate Leadership Award (GALA) is Ohio State’s recognition of the exceptional leadership provided by graduate students as leaders (on and off campus) while being an OSU graduate (master’s or doctoral) student.

The Emerging Social Work Leader Award recognizes outstanding contributions of members who have been in practice for five years or less. In honoring the Emerging Social Work Leader, NASW highlights the exemplary contributions of social workers who are new to the field.

The Graduate School is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2022‐2023 Graduate Associate Teaching Awards (GATA).

Please join us in congratulating the outstanding achievements of this year's recipients and the programs that support them.

We also wish to congratulate all the nominees this year, as your dedication to teaching is evident and appreciated.

Graduate Students participate in an array of opportunities to further their research, creative endeavors, and careers at Ohio State.
